Sweepstakes Rules

  • There is “No purchase necessary” to enter these sweepstakes.
  • One entry per person. People within British Columbia, Canada may enter the sweepstakes. Students who will be in grades 9 to 12 by November 2017 are eligible to redeem the ticket.
  • The sweepstakes open on May 1st, 2017 and close May 31, 2017.
  • The sweepstakes and free tickets are sponsored by Victoria Foundation and Rethink Thinking and are only for entry into the Summit 2017 event.
  • There will be five (5) tickets given away (value of $125 each), which includes entry and full access to the Summit 2017. The odds of winning are based on the number of submitted entries. All five (5) tickets will be awarded randomly to five sweepstakes entrants who will be given a unique code. This code, along with the student’s name and email, are required to redeem the actual event ticket.
  • The winners will be determined within one week after the closing date and each winner will be notified.
  • The winners will be listed or mentioned on our social media channels, unless a winner chooses not to be.
  • Winners will be notified via email so ensure you receive the confirmation email from info (at)

What to


Youth will gather for two days of future-proofing sessions at the contemporary school of Royal Bay. The event being held on November 17th and 18th spans two action-packed days. On hand to guide and assist students will be 50 inspiring facilitators, policy makers, business owners, educators, entertainers and others who are part of the “living library” who will act as catalysts for stronger communities.
